The southern parts of Karnataka were ruled by the Imperial Gangas and Hoysalas till around 14th century. The era was marked by flourishing art and architecture. In this course, we will walkthrough prominent cities of the dynasties and Hoysala temple at Somnathpura which was declared a World Heritage Sites in 2023.
The Chalukya dynasty was a prominent dynasty that ruled large parts of South and Central India between the 6th and the 12th centuries. The earliest dynasty, known as the "Badami Chalukyas", ruled from Vatapi (modern Badami, Karnataka) from the middle of the 6th century. In this experience, we will walkthrough the architectural wonders from Badami Chalukyas including Aihole, Badami and Pattadakal.

We take you through a tour of the Mahabodhi Temple complex (A UNESCO World Heritage Site), housing the Bodhi Tree and six other sacred sites, and show Buddha's journey of enlightenment.
